Ordered the charcoal grey which came within a few days in a big box. Was able to setup the sofa alone, basically just screw in the 4 leg + 1 center support leg, and gave it a wipe down and drying it out. The seat and back cushion cover are washable. The seat cushion is 7/10 and the back cushion is 5/10. The hardness is to my preferences. The sofa had some "new sofa smell" which dissipated within a few days. A very satisfied purchase.
