How do I qualify for Free Delivery?
All orders of SG$150 or more of eligible items across any product category qualify for FREE Standard Delivery. Your delivery location must also be accessible via elevator, and on the same floor as the lift landing or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area.

When all your items are ready to be shipped, our logistics partner will contact you to suggest a date for delivery. If you are not available, you are required to contact us to reschedule the delivery. Additional costs will be incurred for rescheduling on the day of delivery. If you are willing to accommodate our delivery schedule, Standard Delivery allows you to get your items at no or low delivery cost. Additional requests will be subject to best effort basis. |

You will be able to select your preferred delivery date upon checkout. When all your items are ready to be shipped, our logistics partner will contact you to confirm your preferred delivery date. If you require a specific delivery date, Premium Delivery is suitable for you. |
Any orders made after 4pm, will fall under the next working day. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered working days.
For standard deliveries, our logistics partner will contact you via SMS within 3-5 working days from order date to propose a delivery date. No acknowledgement is required. If you are not available on the suggested date, please contact us to reschedule the delivery within 1 working day. You may reject the standard delivery schedule up to a maximum of three times. Thereafter, we will require you to upgrade to premium delivery.
For premium delivery, you will receive a message from our logistics partner. If you need to reschedule, please contact us 5 working days in advance.
Opting for premium delivery indicates your preferred delivery date and is on a best effort basis. There may be times where we are unable to do so, and when this happens, we will contact you to re-arrange the delivery date and timeslot.
An additional fee of $40 will be incurred for the following reason(s):
- Rescheduling for standard delivery on the day of delivery
- Failed delivery due to delivery restrictions, incorrect address, relevant permission not obtained prior to the scheduled delivery date, and non-receipt at time of delivery.

If we are required to use the staircase, staircase surcharges will apply. Please refer to Staircase Delivery below for more details.
It is recommended that you contact your Town Council or MCST for assistance, as they often provide this service for free or a low fee.
Staircase Delivery
If the delivery crew is unable to send the furniture to your location through the elevator (eg. the furniture is unable to fit into the elevator, the elevator is not operational, the building management denies us access to the lift), BedandBasics will at our sole discretion access the feasibility of the furniture to be carried up the staircase in a non-hazardous manner. Should it be safe to deliver via the staircase, additional charges of $10 per item to per floor will be applied. For wardrobes, charges will be at $20 per wardrobe per floor. Example: A delivery that comprises of a pillow and a mattress is to be delivered to a 4 storey apartment without elevator access.
The table of fees below also applies to furniture disposal that requires the use of the staircase.

Can I reserve the order until I'm ready to receive it?
We have a free holding period for 60 days from date of order. If you need to reserve for a longer period of time, you will be required to make non-refundable full payment in advance. A holding fee of $29.90 per item per additional month per or part thereof will also be charged.
Delivery Surcharge for Selected Locations
A delivery surcharge of S$19.90 will be imposed in addition to the existing delivery fee upon every delivery made to the locations listed below:
