The price for the mattress is reasonable, considering that the quality is quite good. Received the mattress in good order.
However, I would like to feedback on the order process. Once my order was placed, I received a confirmation email. It would be helpful if the delivery timeline can be indicated in the email. I ordered on 28/Dec/20 and emailed to your company on 30/Dec to enquire on when I can expect the delivery. Your support team is prompt and replied that I should receive an SMS/Whatsapp from your logistic partner in 3-5 days. I emailed to your support team again on 8/Jan/21 as I did not hear from your logistic partner. Again your support team was prompt and replied that there was a delay in delivery. I then requested for the delivery to be made on 13/Jan as I was at hone that day to receive the order.
I want to compliment your support team for their prompt response and appreciate their assistance in arranging for the mattress to be delivered on my requested date.
However, I would like to suggest that if there is a delay in the delivery, it would be helpful that your company can inform and update the customer so that we don't have to keep checking with you on the delivery.
