It's the first time I had ordered a bed and mattress without physically feeling the quality. To me it was a scary decision. However, when the bed and mattress arrived and was put together, I felt the smoothness of the wood and the firmness of the mattress, all my fears went away. Although my order was the last to be delivered on the day, my frustration of having to wait for the items to arrive turned to happiness. Even my wife, who is particular about the finish of the wood, was impressed by the quality of the wood.
