Verified Purchase
The online purchase was simple and easy. The customer service was also good when I wanted to reschedule the delivery timing to the last trip, he helped to check and get back to me promptly. However, it was not possible so I understood and have the delivery rescheduled instead. The next delivery was a week later. The bed was assembled fast and looks good. The only comment from my son was the bed feels too soft now cos the planks below are not firm. It was fine till the next morning when my son got up with a plank snapped on one side. That is when I realised the planks are only held by plastic casing which the planks could dislodged easily if you sit or sleep near the edge. I tried to fix the plank back and thought it’s just one time. But soon after the planks keep coming off snapping with a loud sound. I decided to call and feedback online as well as sending email. As the response time was slow, I decided to call instead. I was attended by this sales support Rabia who was the one who responded to my email I spoke with her and she suggested putting flat ply wood over the planks to resolve this problem. I was not happy when she told me I have to purchase it. This issues need to be escalated because I feel it’s a design problem and it’s not fair to ask a customer to pay for it to resolve this poor design of the bed frame.
