At first I felt like i could get a better bed frame at a better price but because of circuit breaker i had no choice but to just get this. However, when the bed frame came, i was absolutely in love it. The detail and texture were amazing. Deliver and installing was so fast and efficient as well. I bought this bed using good faith of the online reviews and was pleased with the product when it arrived - however just a short 8 weeks later, the shape of the headboard has already deformed causing an unsightly stitching ripple across the top. Once I reported this issue to customer care I have been shocked at how quick they have been to dismiss my complaint. I have 3 other beds of a similar shape in my home ranging in age from 7 to 3 years and they all look brand new. This however is only 8 weeks old and already looks deformed. Pleased with the bed, paler silver than we thought but feels nice and sturdy and true to size as it fitted our own mattress perfectly. Cute gold feet. Do check the height of the bed is what you want it to be, as it is MUCH lower than we realised. It’s ok, but we would have definitely preferred the sleeping level of bed + mattress to be higher than 18 inches.
