Even though the delivery took awhile to arrive (because Bed and Basics had to ship my order from overseas), it was well worth the wait because the product was of good quality and standard. I had such good quality sleep from the mattress and also the awesome bed frame ordered through Bed and Basics.

Cuenca Bed Frame with Headboard is an elegant design, simple and practical. The item was received just as the picture on the website.
We were worried with the Japanese size that it came in as we had a super single mattress prior to this purchase. And were worried lack of bedsheet selection here in Sg if we change mattress to Japan size. Bed and Basics staff were patience to guide us. We opted for the Semi Double which left a 5 cm edge around the mattress and kept to our mattress. Originally imagine that the edge will be obstructive for anyone getting on or off the bed, but as it turns out, it didnt obstruct but it provide additional edge for leg stand as one seats along the side of the mattress. So if anyone having the same consideration, this is one useful tip here.

This bed caught my eyes because of the Japanese vibes and comes with power point and USB port. My son was really looking forward to receiving it, but it didn’t turn out real nice. The colour is too pale with yellow undertone. It’s not solidly built and makes squeaky sounds when sleeping or sitting on it as the main beam is actually 2 pieces joined together but not very secured. It came with few small dents and a 2cm by. 0.5cm deep dent and crack. There are also big areas of yellowish patches. Totally love the product that we received. The information about the product was informative on the site. I could easily make plans and find relevant information. I had queries and it was easily answered over the line. Received my item by 7 days as promised as long as I was agreeable to the timing assigned for delivery. Or else, it would be advisable to take premium delivery if it's according to customers own timing. Delivery was also good as they were very nice. As promised, they gave me a call before getting to my place. Everything was fixed up without a hassle. The only set back to be improved on would be better communication on what to expect (delivery date to be set) after purchase of item. I was left to wait for a message from delivery side to set a date, one day before delivery. I had to enquire from them instead.
