Verified Purchase
The LED light driver exploded within a few hours of delivery. Engaging Bedandbasics to resolve the issue has been rather challenging.
You have to submit your complain/feedback online. No one from Bedandbasics will call you. Only an email with standard automatic reply. Customer Service below expectation. At this price point of the bedframe, there are alot more better choices out in the market with better customer service.
Safety and service standard not acceptable. The LED driver exploded, this is a safety issue yet no one called to check and this happened less than 24 hours after delivery.
